I decided, like in 2019, to do this contest from my home station as there is benefit to PVRC from more entries rather than just being a team operator. It also meant I could dip in and out while getting some things done around the house.
It seems that I missed the prime slot on 40m, likely due to a dinner break. The same happened in 2019. Even still, it was a fun event and I’m pleased with the score improvement on last year with the same antennas. This contest was also the first time I’d had the Icom IC-7610 in contest conditions and it performed very well.
